In 2023, Payna Group added a new project to its pioneering projects with “Payna Baklava” which is the world’s first packaged long-life single-slice baklava. Payna Baklava is manufactured and packaged hands-off technology in the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant so that consumers can access tasty products independent of location and time.  

Initiated at the end of 2023, the project aims to make traditional Turkish baklava known all over the world with its easily accessible packaging and 1 year shelf life. Payna Baklava moves traditional baklava to practical baklava with an innovative packaging, aiming that traditional Turkish baklava is recognized all over the world. This innovative packaging, which is available in packs of one, two, four and sixteen, will make a great impression both in the county and in the world.
