Express Consent to Processing and Transfer of Personal Data In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), I am informed about the objectives for which my personal data is processed by Tunam Unlu Mamüller Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting as the data controller, to whom and for what purposes my processed personal data can be transferred, the methods of collecting personal data, legal reasons for collecting personal data, and my rights for my personal data as listed in article 11 of the KVKK.

In this context, I declare that I agree with my express consent that the Company has provided me with the necessary information and that I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Customer Information Form on the Processing of Personal Data and this Express Consent Form, that my identity and contact details and my preferred contact details may be transferred by Musluoğlu Baklava, Dilim Börek and Payna Baklava trademarks and other trademarks of your Company to your dealers, franchise businesses, agencies, suppliers, business partners, solution partners, information technology and technical service providers, and Payna Group companies located in the country for the purposes of introducing your company's products, services and brands, planning and/or execution of advertising and/or promotion and/or marketing activities in digital and/or other media, planning and/or execution of activities for the customer satisfaction and/or experience, planning and/or execution of marketing processes of products and/or services, planning the processes of creating and/or enhancing loyalty to the products and/or services provided by your company, planning and/or execution of data analytics and/or data enrichment studies for marketing purposes, planning and/or execution of sales activities related to other products provided by your company, planning and/or execution of market research activities, providing me with general and special offers, and being aware of advertisements and campaigns as well as for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages for promotions, advertisements, campaigns, surveys, congratulations, gifts and similar reasons. I also declare with my express consent that in line with the aforementioned purposes, if my personal data and the Company's servers and systems are cloud or servers of foreign origin, I have received the necessary explicit consent forms from our employees for my personal data to be stored on servers located abroad, provided that the processing limits are not exceeded, and for the data of our company employees to be shared with you.
