With the slogan “From Housewives to Your Table”, Erciyes Börek set out its journey in 2003 and provides services with its structure that that employs a very large number of women employees who are joining the workforce for the first time, has a production capacity of 10 tons a day, and is growing day by day. Erciyes Börek provides customers with its pastry and baklava either in goods times or in bad times, still leading the industry in Ankara. 

Pastannecim, the sweet and pink world of Ankara, opened its doors to the guests in 2013 with the slogan “Sure, a mom’s hand touched on this”. Pastannecim, deriving flavors from a mom’s touch, provides customers with specific fresh cream-cakes displayed on the shop window and other special design cream-cakes more beautiful than dreams, on the basis of daily production. Promising a delicious meeting at the flavor locations of Ankara with sweet products on its menu, Pastannecim's unique design cream-cakes continue to add meaning to special days.

Dilim Börek, incorporated in Payna Group in 2015, has established the Türkiye’s first line of taste and operates in Istanbul with 12 shops. Leading the tray baklava and pastry industry, Dilim Börek is capable of providing services through its takeaway network all around Istanbul and offers limitless services to its customers with advantageous campaigns. Call center services began in 2009 and online ordering system began in 2011 so that Dilim Börek has achieved to be the first in the industry, providing door-to-door services free of charge. Since 2011, Dilim Börek has manufactured in technological facilities designed in accordance with BRC standards. It provides customers with indispensable traditional flavors of the Turkish palate, including su böreği (pastry with feta cheese filling), kol böreği (rolled pastry), types of baklava, rich menu of cookies, and stuffed grape leaves.

Providing services with the take-away concept in its factory outlets, Musluoğlu Baklava operates in Ankara and Istanbul with the slogan “All we make is baklava” since 2021. Musluoğlu Baklava, which is famous for its 50% discount campaigns, provides customers with quality baklava at affordable prices, which has made it a desirable and preferred brand. It has a production and sales capability more than 10 tons in Ankara and Istanbul, uses state-of-the-art technology to minimize the labor cost and general expenses and maintain its pricing strategy. Providing services with 19 stores, Musluoğlu Baklava is moving towards new records with the number of guests visiting its sales locations. 

Payna Baklava, a first in the world and shaping the future of baklava, has become the polar star of the industry with packaged single-slice baklava project, which has been developed after intense R&D studies of around two years and has a shelf life of 1 year at room temperature. Payna Baklava, which has attracted great attention both in Türkiye and in many countries around the world, intends to provide baklava to its customers in its most innovative form.
