MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR 

Dear guests, investors, employees and friends,

First, I would like to express my gratitude towards each of our guests we have touched any moment of their life with our products, our business partners who have faithfully continued their journey by our trademarks, and our valuable employees of Payna family, who haven’t left us alone on the way of our dreams. In this adventure that we started with a dream, we continue our projects that we have implemented through discipline and a culture of success in order to take our work to the next level. However, life consists of endless dreams that never end.

I have firm faith that I will always work harder and take firm and confident steps towards bigger dreams. As a messenger of taste of the tradition and future, it has always been our compass to promote baklava, an indispensable part of the Turkish palate all over the world with its original version and to preserve the flavor recipes inherited from our ancestors. 

In addition to our traditional trademarks, we, as Payna Group, intend to cause baklava to be loved by the whole world with Panya Baklava that steers the future of baklava and is the first and one in the world.

We will walk on much more beautiful paths together with our valuable investors who trust our trademarks with their investments and with whom we have been walking arm in arm for many years, and with our valuable colleagues who always carry out all our projects flawlessly as a good team.
